Ranadene Tapio, President and CEO

Randadene founded Medical Billing Professionals, LLC in 2001, after extensive work in management for the Long Term Care and Assisted Living markets. Randi has her CMRS certification though AMBA and is a Bachelor’s of Science graduate in Health Care Management / Geriatrics from North Dakota State University. Her education and experience tailors to her hands-on knowledge and in-depth understanding of the medical billing and financial solution industry.

Ranadene is also the founder of "Big Give MN", a non-profit organization that matches volunteers in the St. Cloud community to families and local businesses who are in need. To learn more about this local volunteer organization, please visit: www.BigGiveMN.org.

Melissa Scapanski , Director of Operations

Melissa came to MBP with vast experience in billing management. Prior to her position with MBP, Melissa has worked throughout the Healthcare Industry in several billing roles. Melissa has received her AAS degree in Sales and Management and her diploma in Health Information Technology from St. Cloud Technical College and is currently in the process of receiving her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from Southwest State University. Melissa oversees all operational duties at Medical Billing Professionals.


Christy Kutzera, Director of Sales & Marketing

Christy came to Medical Billing Professionals with a rich background in healthcare outsourcing services. Prior to her position with MBP, Christy has worked in Client Relations, ROI, and as a Marketing Coordinator. She received her Bachelor’s of Art Degree in English and Communications from St. Cloud State University and has her CCAT certification through AAHAM. Christy acts as Medical Billing Professional’s main point of contact for all potential clients.
